If you're experiencing a problem with one of our students, please fill out and submit the following student report form. You may also want to check out our list of known attitudes and issues.

If what you want to tell us is really more of a suggestion or a request for a new study subject, please use our suggestion form instead.

Student Report Form

When you submit your student report, it will be entered into our database for tracking purposes. It will be associated with the account name under which you accessed this web. After an initial assessment by our parent support department, the resolution of the problem will be assigned to an appropriate disciplinarian or guidance counselor.   Periodically we will post notices regarding common problems reported by parents in the Known Attitudes and Issues section of this page, and tips or workarounds on the FAQ page.

Please be as specific as possible when describing the problem.

  1. What grade is your child?

  2. How many hours does your child study each night?

  3. Please enter a brief one-line description of the problem:

(example: "Student can't hear me when I talk, but can hear when I whisper.")

  4. If the problem is reproducible, please list the steps required to cause it,
leaving a blank line between steps:

    (example: "1. Say students name. 2. Ask him/her a question ...")

If the problem is not reproducible (only happened once, or occasionally for no apparent reason), please describe the circumstances in which it occurred and the symptoms observed:

(note: it is much harder for us to address non-reproducible problems)

  5. If the problem causes any verbal or written response, please write down the exact words and enter them here:

  6. Please provide us with the following information in case we need to contact you:
    Name:
    Phone:
    E-mail:

We may need to contact you for more information, such as if we have trouble reproducing the problem you describe.

Known Problems

The following is a list of some known problems with our students; we are working to correct them for the next release.

  • Selective hearing usually starts to peak when the student is in the eighth grade.
  • Nintendo 64 and Computer Games seem more alluring than study.
  • Some hardcases continue to maintain "I don't have any homework."  Don't believe it..
