We have created a discussion group where parents can post articles about problems they encounter, or tips and tricks that other parents might want to know about. The discussion supports threads, so you will be able to post a reply to another parent's question. We recommend prefixing the subject of your posting with a "Q:" if it's a question, or an "A:" if it's an answer to a question, or nothing at all if you're just making a comment or observation. Our parent-teacher support staff will be tuned in to this discussion as well, and will reply to questions posted here. Alternatively, you can receive relatively private support by sending e-mail to all teachers in a grade, or by placing a call to the Guidance Office. Teachers may respond individually to your questions or problems. Please recognize that, because of potential abuse resulting from strong personal feelings, all e-mail is copied to the Assistant Principal for monitoring purposes. If appropriate, the Assistant Principal will intervene without request from either party. |
